Open the manager app and click on Shipping & Online Console.
To Open a Support Chat with a customer, click on their order.
Click the Chat Icon in the top-right corner to start or view an ongoing thread.
Send messages to customers with text, images or video.
Read and reply to messages.
Customers and manager app users will receive push notifications when new messages are received.
To Close a support chat, click the 3 small dots in the top-right corner, then click Close Chat for Messaging.
You can also choose to turn off Chat Notifications.
The chat is now closed and you can click OK.
View all of your Message History from the Messages Tab.
