
Manager App Support Chat

Open the manager app, enter your security PIN, then select Support Message(s).

Select the Ordering Type you want to view support messages from.

Select the location where you want to view support messages from.
You will not see this page if you select Shipping.

On the Messages Page, select the message you want to view.

You can also start a chat with a specific customer from inside the order info page. Select the Blue Chat Icon in the top-right corner.

Send messages to customers with text, images or video.

Read and reply to messages.

Customers and manager app users will receive push notifications when new messages are received.

To Close a support chat, click the 3 small dots in the top-right corner, then click Close Chat for Messaging.
You can also choose to turn off Chat Notifications.

The chat is now closed and you can click OK.
