    • View + Update Shipping Orders

      Open the manager app and click on Shipping and Online Console.

      Click on an order under the On-Going Tab.

      View the customer's name, shipping address and all relevant order information.

       

      Click Add Tracking Info.

      Input the tracking number and link, then click Done.

      5

      Once tracking information is added and order has been shipped, click Update Order Status.

      Confirm order has shipped.

      7

      Shipped orders will move to the Shipped Tab.

       

      Cancelled orders will move to the Cancelled Tab.
