Open the manager app and click on Shipping and Online Console.

Click on an order under the On-Going Tab.

View the customer's name, shipping address and all relevant order information.

At the bottom of the order page, click Update Order Status.
Confirm order has shipped.

Shipped orders will move to the Shipped Tab.
Cancelled orders will move to the Cancelled Tab.

To Add Tracking Link to an order, click Add Tracking Info.

Input the tracking number and link, then click Done. The customer will be able to view this from their Orders page.
