    Open the manager app, enter your security PIN, then select View Orders.

    Select the Ordering Type you want to view orders from.

    Select the location you want to view orders from.

    You will not see this page if you select Shipping.

    This is how the Pick-Up & Delivery Orders Page looks.

     

    Select an order under the On-Going or Pre-Orders Tab.

     

    On-Going Orders are to be completed same-day. Pre-Orders are to be completed at a later date.

    This is how the Shipping Orders Page looks.

     

    Select an order under the On-Going Tab. You can update the Tracking Info and Order Status when ready to ship.

    Select an order under the On-Going Tab. You can read the order details and choose if you want to Accept or Deny Request.
