    • View + Update Location Orders

      Open the manager app and click on Location Orders Console.

       

      Location orders refer to pick up, delivery, dine-in and custom order types.

      Click on the location you want to view orders from.

      Click on an order under the On-Going or Pre-Orders Tab.

       

      On-Going Orders are to be completed same-day. Pre-Orders are to be completed at a later date.

      View the customer's name, phone number and all relevant order information.

      At the bottom of the order page, click Update Order Status.

       

      Confirm order is ready for pick up, delivery or dine-in.

      Confirm order completion.

      Completed orders will move to the Completed Tab.
