Open the manager app and click on Shipping & Online Console.

Find the order that needs to be refunded under the appropriate category tab.
You may possibly need to modify your filter to show orders prior to present day.

When you open the order, click on Partial Refund or Full Refund based on the situation.
App refunds are only available to customers who used a debit/credit card for payment.

For a Partial Refund, determine the amount and confirm.

For a Full Refund, just confirm.

Customers will receive a push notification about their refund.
