
Reschedule Orders

Open the manager app, enter your security PIN, then select View Orders.

Select the Ordering Type you want to reschedule orders for.
You will not see the option to reschedule Shipping orders.

Select the location you want to reschedule orders from.
You will not see this page if you select Shipping.

For Pick-up & Delivery and Custom & Catering orders, Swipe-Left on the order you want to reschedule, then select Reschedule Order.
Press and Hold instead of swipe-left on Android.

Set the new order completion time, then select OK.
Orders set to a future date will move to the Pre-Orders tab.

For Appointments, you will select More Options and Rescedule Appointment.

Select the new Appointment time and confirm.
