Open the customer app, login or create an account, then click Start Order.
Click Custom Order.
Click the location you want to place a custom order for.
Read info about what custom services are offered, fill out your order details then click Next.
Select your order type (pick up, delivery, etc.), date and time. Click Send Order Request.
You will receive a push notification when your custom order request is either accepted or denied based on business' availablity.
If accepted, you will receive push notifications for new invoices to pay and completion status.
