
Order Refunds

Open the manager app, enter your security PIN, then select View Orders.

Select the Ordering Type you want to refund.

Select the location you want to process a refund from.
You will not see this page if you select Shipping Settings.

Find the order that needs to be refunded under the appropriate category tab.
You may possibly need to modify your filter to show orders prior to present day.

When you open the order, select Partial Refund or Full Refund based on the situation.
App refunds are only available to customers who used a debit/credit card for payment.

For a Partial Refund, determine the amount and confirm.

For a Full Refund, just confirm.
