
Print Order Tickets to Clover POS

Open your web browser and log into your Clover account.

In Clover, go to Accounts & Setup at the bottom left.

Go to About Your Business and select Merchant.

Choose the location you want merchant id from.

The Merchant ID is directly under the store name . Do not use "MID", that is not the merchant id
Merchant IDs usually contain both letters and numbers. You will need to input this ID in your manager app, so note it down.

Go Back to Accounts & Setup.

Go to Business Operations and select API Tokens.

Create a new token. Name the token "Your business' name + Xpress apps token"
Make sure to CHECK EVERY BOX to give read and write permission, then, save. You will need to input this API token in your manager app, so note it down.

Open the manager app, enter your security PIN, then select the Ordering Type Settings you want to turn on Square POS integration and printing for.

Select the location you want to turn on Clover POS integration and printing for.
You will not see this page if you select Shipping Settings.

On the Settings Page, select Square POS Settings under POS Settings.

Turn On the Clover POS setting, add your Clover merchant ID and API token to the Clover POS page, then Save.
