Open the manager app, enter your security PIN, then select Edit Availability under Quick Actions.

Select the Ordering Type you want to close to pause ordering.

Select the location you want to close to pause ordering.

You will not see this page if you select Shipping Settings.

You should be taken directly to the Availability page, but if not, select Availability under Location Info.

Set Availability to Closed, then select Save.

Customers will no longer be able to order from this location until you set availability back to Open. It is ok the leave location Visible.
