Open the manager app, enter your security PIN, then select View Orders.

Select the Ordering Type you want to reschedule orders for.

Select the location you want to reschedule orders from.

You will not see this page if you select Shipping.

For Pick-up & Delivery, Shipping and Custom & Catering orders, Swipe-Left on the order you want to reschedule, then select Cancel Order.

Press and Hold instead of swipe-left on Android.

For Appointments, you will select More Options and Cancel appointment.
